Uterine anomalies like intrauterine septum, bicornate uterus, fibroids, endometriosis etc decreases the uterine capacity to hold the conceptus. Such patients present with infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss. Earlier it was difficult to diagnose such diseases but today with modern imaging techniques all of the above can be diagnosed easily and can be managed with minimal access surgery.
